You Don’t Need to Have All the Answers

During an unexpected trip to San Francisco, I was reminded how essential rest and being present are for well-being.

With a daily journey across the Golden Gate Bridge and driving up and down super steep streets, my adrenaline was elevated and shoulders tense.

Every journey starts with a deep breath and the willingness to try.

Storms pass, and this one did too. When the winds of change slowed down, I gave myself the gift of daily walks on the beach. Nature is always healing.

While life’s storms can be turbulent, it’s how we navigate them that matters most. Taking your yoga “off the mat” and into your daily life will bring calm through any storm to flow across any bridge. Every journey is easier with a deep breath of compassion for yourself.

Take a mindful moment now to ‘just be’ wherever you are. Know deeply that it’s okay to pause and slow down. Connect with your deep inner resolve and determination and begin again with a deep breath.

Gentle Reminders:

• When strength is your only choice, it’s always with you in your breath.

• There is no “easy path”, no matter what social media portrays.

• Flow in your life journey with kindness to yourself and others.
