About this trip

The Galápagos is a must-visit destination with an incredible variety of endemic wildlife. I visited the Galápagos in 2022 when my daughter, Whitney, was studying abroad on San Cristóbal. I love the beauty and peace of this special island. Join me on this retreat to view sea lions, marine iguanas, giant tortoises, and the iconic blue-footed booby. Enjoy “island time” with specially themed yoga classes with me, relax at the beach, and flow with nature. Feel inspired with adventure, connection, and personal growth.

This retreat is on a tropical island at a beautiful boutique hotel. Start your day with a morning yoga class and an ocean view. Breakfast is served with your choice of local fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, toast, spreads, Ecuadorian organic chocolate and more. Galapagos organic coffee, tea, and fresh juice is also part of each breakfast. Step outside your hotel and enjoy the vibrancy of San Cristóbal Island with beautiful views of the ocean. You are only a short walk to the beach and shops along the pier with sea lions resting on benches throughout town.
