Do you have a tight schedule or prefer to practice yoga in your own space? Private yoga lessons provide one-on-one personal instruction based on your goals. Develop your own personal yoga practice, whether you are learning fundamentals of yoga poses, exploring advanced yoga postures, or healing an injury. Private yoga lessons provide you with your own “yoga toolbox” that you can take off the mat and into daily life for overall well-being. Your personal yoga practice will grow and evolve with you.

I’m an E-RYT 500 hour certified yoga teacher and lead private yoga sessions in Montana including Missoula, Lolo, Stevensville, Victor, Corvallis, Hamilton, and Darby.
