Strong & Powerful Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Energize Your Weekend & Morning!

All classes include attention to alignment, smart sequencing, props for your “yoga toolbox”, and breath work. Elements are brought together at the end of class with deep relaxation and aromatherapy with essential oils.
